If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Cortica is pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service. All unworn merchandise may be returned in its original package (In re-saleable condition, please do not attach shipping labels to the outside of the shoebox), along with the receipt, for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will only be made in the manner in which the payment was made. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances described below.
You may exchange your purchase with either a different size or a pair of equal value as long as we receive the unwanted pair within 30 days of the purchase. Returns regarding promotion code/online sales. Refunds are not available to purchases made with a promotion code, or during an online sale. You may however, exchange for a different size. If the particular size is out of stock, you are able to exchange for an item of equal value or an online credit code. 30 day policy also applies.
Credit Card Refunds
All returns will be refunded to the original credit card that was used for your purchase. Please allow 14 days for us to process the credit to your card. Once the Credit is processed it can take between 1-14 days for it to show up on your statement.
Refunds on Shipping Charges
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received damaged products, we will refund shipping charges. All other returns must be sent via a recorded method of postage/courier to Cortica Returns, Unit B4: 1&2, Heywood Distribution Park, Heywood, United Kingdom, OL10 2TT. Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer in these cases. Please ensure that you include the name of the person on the original order or Paypal receipt.
