Europe – £8.95 – Arrives within 3-5 days if ordered before 2pm. Shipped via DPD.

U.S – £12.95 – Arrives within 2-3 days if ordered before 2pm. Shipped via DHL.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS FROM SOME COUNTRIES MAY INCUR IMPORT DUTIES. Cortica.co.uk is not responsible for the amount charged to the customer so please be aware that any costs including return postage are at the customer’s expense in the event that import duties are charged.

We accept orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders entered into cortica.co.uk will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out from our bespoke distribution centre.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM GMT will begin processing that day and we will try to ensure these orders are dispatched via our courier for a next working day delivery. This excludes bank holidays, and pends availability and credit verification. Next day delivery is not guaranteed, however, as we cannot be held responsible for deliveries that take longer than this time frame, due to circumstances beyond our control. All orders placed after 2 PM GMT will begin processing the next business day, and possibly start shipping within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM GMT will begin processing on the following Monday. If the merchandise selected is not currently available or if additional identification is needed for credit verification, Cortica Customer Service will contact you by email.

During busy periods (Black Friday & Christmas sales period ), deliveries may take up to 3 working days.when an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the website.Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from cortica.co.uk, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Cortica. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

DIFFERENT BILL TO AND SHIP TO

Cortica.co.uk uses several measures to protect you from fraud. One of these measures is to check if the shipping and billing addresses provided during checkout are the same. If these addresses do not match, a customer service representative will contact the cardholder to verify the order legitimacy prior to it being processed. In some cases, this may delay the order processing if we are not able to reach the cardholder immediately.P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Military and P.O. boxes: Due to shipper restrictions, shipping is NOT available to A.P.O./F.P.O. and P.O. box addresses.
